i bided on a tow truck on e-pay and the guy just sent me an e-mail saying he hasn't got the mo yet.
everyone else i sent mo to got theres all ready i sent it out 4/10/05.
i sent him an e mail asking him to wait till monday and if it doe's not show up ill go to the mo place and have them track it.
he sent back e mail saying he was going to send it anyways and leave me good feed back.
i wrote him back asking him not to send it or leave feed back till we get this straight.
question is... do i check on it now where i bought the mo from or give it afew more days. thanks gunn

Give it some more time and it depends on where the mail is going to,I've found that anything that goes to Texas usually takes a few days longer than anywhere else...Canada,you better give it a couple weeks.

I had one case where it took 3 weeks for a m.o. to arrive to it's destination here in the states.

If it was me I would probably wait till next Tuesday. I usually give mine a week but if it falls on a weekend or a Monday I'll wait till Tuesday. Hopefully you were able to stay ahead of the tax return influx.

Depending on who you got your MO from, you could get some info up front from them without having to go through the whole process and fees. At least find out if it's been cashed. It sounds like your seller is pretty reasonable though. I'd definitely give it more time though, mail takes forever sometimes!

I have to agree, give it a few more days if he still hasn't received it then check with the place you bought the money order. Some M/O providers charge a fee to track them down. The average time for a letter to go from one place to another is 2-6 days depending on how far apart they are from each other and what time of the day it was mailed.
