Here is the closest I could find on a map. I got the gps coordinates from a bicycling website so I hope it is right. It is off of Hwy 7 really close to there anyway. Just look for the sign that says Chickasaw Trace Park.

Anyone headed out this afternoon or maybe tomorrow? I am thinking of getting a DX3R so I can use the front and rear dig on my rock crawler so I may go get one of those today and then head out there. I can't get lucky enough for someone to sell me an almost new one cheap like David can.

BTW, where has Jeff been? Haven't heard from him in a while.

I went by late this afternoon and met David on the way out. Jeff was still there and I ran my car once around the track and the boys ran their slashes and then it was dark. I had to get a servo and went to hobby lobby first and basically just ran out of time. I am planning on going out tomorrow for a while and hopefully running more than once.

Nice video. The music is fitting too.

Oh, I found out what caused my helicopter to crash. My 1900mah LiPo reciever battery is only holding about 500mah. It is puffed too. I checked it before flight and the voltage was fine. Not sure what happened to it.

I might be home this weekend. so I gotta go get some fuel on sat, but will be ready to rock and roll. Got my new duratrax ice charger today. it is bringing my batteries back to life. seems to be doing well. Let me know if anyone wants to meet up this weekend. might throw in another drain pipe in on sat. try and save some of the track from the spring rain. but i do plan on runnign sat and sun. so let me know if anyone is coming out.

that is an expensive way to find out about a bad batterie

I'll be at Whitehouse saturday for the turkey race, but I might make it out on Sunday for a little bit.

what time does the race start saturday? I will proly run up and get some fuel. this is an oval race? right?

It's an offroad race, I think they are starting at 11. The shop should be open by 9AM.

I ran my old aluminum tub RC10 with a 10.5 at chickasaw the other day and it was completly hooked up!! I haven't had a smile that big on my face from running RC cars in a long time.
