Now that's a great use for a lead sled   Bet that's some flying lead with that Tyco humming up under there.

Perhaps I missed it in a video, Bill could you show me the adjustment of the first idler gear.
When I look at the photobucket video it looks like all the gears except the first one are original and haven't been moved in anyway. However when I attempted to slap one together, the original afx gear doesn't seem to work. Is there a certain gear I should be looking for or a modification I missed?
