Hi, I'm sorry to bother you with this, but I'm having problems with Polar lights customer service. Doug at the 800 number is a great guy but I think his hard work is undone by the folks who process the return parts program. I've had a few problems with bad parts before, but that was with a 25 dollar kit..I have many hundreds invested in the TOS Enterprise and I'd really like to get the correct parts to finish her. I haven't said a word about this on any board but I really need some help. Both circuit boards turned out to be faulty, along with 3 "pigtail leds"..

I'm almost done with this great kit, but this is the second weekend that I'm dead in the water with missing parts.
