Im trying to get into racing and i would like to race buggys. Does anyone have an opinion on whats the best? im willing to spend up to $400.

If you are going electric get either the losi bk2 or the associated factory team b4, i would get the buggy that has the most parts for in your LHS.

Most definitely, get whats easiest to get parts from your local hobby shop.
It's no fun to have to order every time you need something.
Always give the LHS the first chance. A lot of tracks depend on them.
