i bought a Losi XXXT "MF". after i got this this i looked at it and it has one peice of graphite on the whole truck. i have e-mailed this guy back and asked him about where all the graphite is because that is what help makes this truck an mf. he said "..XXX-T truck that was a MF ORIGINALLY sorry if it dotn seem that way now.." "the truck was originally a MF but almost ever peice has been broken so they were replaced with plastic" but never told me that before i bought it. so i asked him if he would give me some of my money back so i could start buying some graphite parts to try to make this truck back to an mf he said "IM NOT GOING TO DO THAT" and also said "...now take UR truck do what u want with it because im not paying for all the graphite parts to make it a MF in ur eyes". so everybody watch out for this guy. he will sell you something and not tell you about it. he ended his e-mail by saying "WE are even." saying that like i did something to him, but all i did to him was pay him for a truck that i thought was an "mf" but ended up not being...... WATCH OUT PEOPLE for this guy!!!!!!

WOW! I've had several dealings with Tyler and Denise and they all went great. I'd still trade with him any day of the week. Just my opinion.

i've e-mail this guys about 8 times in the last 2 weeks and haven't heard back from him at all. has anyone heard from this guy???? he still owes me some stuff from the end of jan. and he won't e-mail me back......... i hate to call the police but it might just end up that way.....

Also a question to eveyone....... if someone sales you a truck and says it's a mf1 wouldn't you think that it would come with all the graphite???or none at all???

I would say it's normal to replace a couple parts on a truck that is graphite. I cant believe somebody broke every part! I bet he has a xxxt with all graphite parts now. lol!

I am still pleased with the Bellyacher we bought from you Jacob, (jd8181) My son runs right with the good guy's. He even beat a guy that made the A at the open wheel champs!

My grandmother, my mothers mom passed away recently and I have been sick on top of that, he got a MF truck but like i said to him in email i never ran the truck but knew the guy who did and he was the 1 that replaced the parts and sold the truck to me and he said it was a MF so i was going by word of mouth, and at that time getting into offroad didnt know any better. So im sry for MY MISUNDERSTANDING! Now he is gripping about the body that I forgot to put in the box is waiting to be shipped and i have emailed him for his address but he has never sent it to me thats why i havent shipped the body. so jacob send ME your address and I will ship what i owe to 2morrow. and again THANX 20TN40 "even though i dont remember what I bought or sold" LOL

AND i know everybody has excuses but some are just REAL!!! and 22racer at one point in time i was going to run offroad but never got around to it, also i dont know a damn thing about it so the guy i bought the truck from said it was MF and i GUESS i got suckerd but never knew it, and Im glad you had a great deal with jacob, now no one on this thread needs ur stupid remarks so LOL ur way outta here!!

PS. I just priced everything on a XXX-T truck thats graphite, and its way over 100 which is what you payed for the truck BUT you got threaded shocks with blue alum. adjusters and blue alum. rear A-arm mounts so you got a basic version of a MF now that I have looked everything up and could build one of these trucks blindfolded. Jacob your body will be on it way and you will have a tracking #!!!

Not tryin to start anything, but I think that pictures would have been able to confirm that is was in fact a MF. Last I knew all of the losi graphite arms and such say right on them. Just my 2 cents. Picture is worth a thousand words.

Your right and I gave him pics as well posted on here with the FOR SALE thread, so he should have known what to be looking for!!

SSracer6, this is some pretty lame stuff. Regardless of your personal problems, The response quoted from you in the first post is totally moronic. What you sold is not what you claimed it was. You were to lazy to confirm that the truck was a MF when you bought it. jd8181 bought it from you and saw that it wasn't what you claimed. When he called you on it, your response was basically, "I got ripped off, so now you get ripped off." Go to Losi's site and see what makes it a MF edition. If it's missing some of the pieces, then it's not a MF edition in anyone's eyes.

If I sell something and the buyer isn't happy, I offer a refund. I make it a point to not misrepresent what I'm selling, but if it were called to my attention that something I sold was not what I claimed then I would do whatever it took to make it right. I don't think that saying "screw you" is an appropriate response to a buyer finding out that they've been ripped off. You should take up the missing parts with the person who sold you the truck rather than passing off the problem, imo.

If nothing else, I (and probably others) can now cross you off my list as a possible trader due to your responses here.

Rex, no the mf come with the aluminum topshaft in the tranny. and if this guy offered me a refund i would take it. and as far as pictures go here's what i got. i see the TL Graphite on the front of the truck (aka it was the only peice of graphite on the whole truck) so i was thinking it would all be...... who knows..... maybe i'll get a refund.... but we'll see....

Maybe give Jacob some money, A regular xxxt's only worth maybe $50.00 anyway. Believe me I tried selling a mf1 , practically had to give it away.

same thing with the b4 i had i had never ran it an di ended up selling the buggy esc 2 motor a battery pack and an xr3 fm radio w/ an extra rx(novak xxl) and 2 sets of crystals for 100.00, when i paid 200.00 + tax for just the buggy and i had never even ran it. i guy asked me the other day if i wanted to sell my t4 and i said if you are willing to pay my price, because i have not even put radio gear in it yet.

yeah i know i bought a xxxbk like a week ago and paid $50 shipped for it. and i'm still waiting on my money back for this truck so i can go buy a new one....guess it's just a waiting game till i get my money.... hummmmmm

SSracer6, last I checked, these were public forums. If you don't want someone sticking their nose into your "business", then maybe you should conduct your business in a better manner. To date, you have lied in your dealing, refused to take responsibility for misrepresenting your for sale item, agreed to a refund only after several members here voiced their opinions of the deal, violated the TOS of the boards (probably telling me to mind my own business), and now you've told the person that you ripped off that he'll have to wait for you to drum up the money to refund him on the deal where you ripped him off. You also brought your personal problems to the board, trying to use a death in the family as an excuse for a bad deal that occurred BEFORE the death.

I still think you're a bad trader, and you're just digging a deeper and deeper hole for your reputation. Go do some work and earn the money that you ripped off jd8181 for, get a money order and send it to him. It really is that simple. I don't know anyone with $100 "laying around", but everyone I can go out, work, and make $100, including people who are wheelchair bound and mentally handicapped. What exactly is your excuse?

I have talked with ssracer6 and got my money back....i was alittle mad when i wrote everything on here but since then we have worked everything out and i'm sending the truck to someone tomorrow. so it's ok to trade with this guy if you are ok with it...
