:drunk: well i've done what i never tought i would do but when you have funds set aside for certain things you have to pass others and there it was a unopen new case of 1/24 scale RC2 had walmart empolyee open it for me inside was the new 2005 preview cat 22 scott wimmer chrome chase i scanned it 15.00 bucks they were just ten bucks a year ago it was hard but i left it by the front counters, didn't put it in lawaway only because i knew i might not be back in this town for some time. But i did buy the JL WL sweet hemi car!!!

Did you notice if the 1/64's were shipping along w/ the 1/24's?

Well thats it, I wont be getting any RC2 NASCAR this year if they dont even update the body styles! :(

I havent even seen all of the '04s on the pegs in my area yet, they got up to the Bare Metal series cars and stopped coming! None of those cars with the number decals or anything!

Have you seen the Dodge '04 Nextel car on the pegs in youre area?
It's a green and black 'Trep with "04" on the doors and roof. I was watching for it here.

I was out and about looking for the Disney xmas '04 cars in 1:64. Found two at WM but put 'em down; and now I can't find a single one. Found the xmas '03 cars, but they aren't chrome like the '04's. I think there are 4 total - Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and another one. I beleive they are all Monte Carlo's.

'05? Are you guys sure these are '05 RC/2 cars you are finding? Around here, So Cal, the WalMarts have only just started putting up the '04 cars! From what it sounds, to me, you all are describing the same cars. I thought these were new '05 items they were hanging myself, until I saw the 2004 at the top of the cards!

Yes - very difficult to find these. I think there was only one per case.

40Intrepid,regarding the '04 Nextel Dodge;
I found one early last year at our local Target. Also found the Monte Carlo version a few weeks before. There were about 3 or so,then never saw them for the rest of the year. Never saw a Ford version either.
