Hey George its cool your finally chattin on here. that is a good question. how i usually pick what rollout i run is first by gettin to know what the fast guys would run if they had the motor ill be using. then i try it and deside if i should go up or down till i get it just right. i also discharge my battery after the race to find out how much run time im commin off with and then that also helps me know if im about right on rollout. im sure theres plenty of other ways people do it. this might be best if it was in the Oval General discussion. :)
