I wonder what you would do in this situation. I am not going to mention any names right now, but I will tell you the situation. Now I am giving him another week to come through with what he promised.

I traded an RC10L3/L4 for TC3. The tc3 had a parts bag, he said it came with two brand new Chameleon motors, and a GT7. He also said he would paint me a custom body. Here is where we have a problem.

I got the TC3, but instead of the NEW chaleleon's he sent me two old modified motors, I call him he said to send them back and he will get the GT7 out to me, and replace the old mods with the Chameleon's stated in the post. I returned the old motors back to him, even sent him hyperdrive front end pieces (aluminum) and I have yet to see anything from him. I called him many times, and he said they were sent, but no tracking numbers, nothing. I did a deal 3 weeks after him, and the other trader's package was here before his (his still isnt here). So now I am out a GT7, Body, and two Chameleon's. If I knew this would have happened, i would have never done the deal. But What do I do now? I call him now a days, and he lets it go to voicemail, he doesnt return my calls, so when I did call him with using *67 before I call he picked up, he realised who I was and hungup. Now he doesnt return my calls, and I am getting upset, What is there to do? Anything? I did my end of the bargain, i sent him my L4 next day, with new body, and tires. and I get a Tc3 Roller, i dont even like 4wd's But I did the deal because he said he wanted it for his son to use. So I thought I'd be a nice guy, and trade him, so his son could race and I could just flip the Tc3 for like $100- But I am waiting for the motors, body, and GT7. Any help/opinions/ suggestions?

he has good feedback, i dont know what his deal is, so like I said, I am going to give him a week more. That should be enough time for him to see this, and clear his name. Thanks

Well first and foremost, you should let everyone know his name. Obviously he hasn't lived up to his end of the deal, and unless you're overblowing it, you've accused him of hanging up on you over the phone. Sounds fishy. Great feedback doesn't mean a thing unless you back it up by completing your end of the bargin every single time. I think it's time to call him out on the boards, and until you do so, I guess it's all guess work. There are several things you can do to assure you either get your stuff back, or you get what you were supposed to get, but until you bring everything out into the forum its silly to give you other options. Admiting you have a problem is the first step.. :jest: Good luck

Okay I have no choice but to do this Mark, It has been a long time. But Mark Kaye a.k.a "Ovaldad" has not done what he said he was going to do. Sorry man, but I think ya screwed me. Thanks for nothing.

Okay, now that that's out of the way, here is what you need to do.

First, make sure you have records (emails,IM's) and make copies of it all. Then you need to contact his local PD (police department) and speak to a dective in internet crimes if they have them, if not, and detective should do. Thirdly, go here http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp and follow the steps. Lastly, you should send him one last email letting him know what you have started to do, and see if he follows up with you. Good luck, and keep us posted.


Also, 1 more thing you may want to do is to track down his threads if there are any, and let everyone know on his own threads what's went down. Contact the Admin, or a Mod and let them know the situation also.
