I would like to know who else has grief getting some Ksg Part's.I have some that are out of the norm parts, but irriguardless. They are Ksg Part's Have Ck'd with Rob.Don't know "if" and when I might get them.Andy McClellan says call Dale at AAA. And he would call and find out, what is going on. still no response.Andy won't sell to the public and others can't get parts from Andy.Very Impressive. Might be time to get rid of Blue car and try someone who care's! My Personal Thought's

First, I personally can tell you that Andy, Jimmy, His grandfather, and several other people have been busting their tails to get the parts out so everyone can get what they need. Please be careful in questioning them, especially in a public forum, as they are working extremely hard to get things out. Dale is not the only distributor for KSG. If Dale has it, he's a good guy and can get it for you. If not, try calling Barry at MSA or Competition Products as they are KSG Distributors as well. Those folks will be happy to help you out or direct you to somebody to whom they have distributed parts. Also remember that its Christmas time and there may be parts out there, but they have been bought and are sitting under Christmas trees.

Secondly, in case you are wondering why KSG does not sell direct to the racer, it's very simple. KSG relies on the hobby shops to stock their parts and to sell them. It is important that the hobby shops be able to make their money to help keep them open. If GM or Dodge sold direct, there would be no need for the dealerships who do most of the legwork in selling a vehicle. Sure, Andy could make more money selling direct, but then he'd be undercutting the very people that make it possible to race. KSG is not in it to just make a dollar, they are in it to make the hobby better as well. And that includes throwing bones to the hobby shop owners and saying "You are the guys that make the hobby happen and we're going to support you." I think that's commendable and shows the integrity that Jimmy and Andy have.

As a family member, I know how many hours are spent at the shop. I've spent a few there as have many other local racers who have showed up to lend a hand when one is needed. I know how many hours are spent there both day and night. I know when a big order needs to filled because Jimmy & Andy disappear to the shop as soon as dinner is over and crank out more parts. They are working hard because they want to give racers the best possible car they can.

If you are dissappointed with KSG, call them and discuss it with them. This kinda goes along with the other thread about batteries. Please don't just come on and slam someone cause things aren't going right for you. Sometimes it's just a case of misunderstanding or lack of information. Trust me, parts are going out the door a lot these days.

Thanks for letting me defend my family. None of this is intended to be mean spirited. I hope it doesn't come accross that way.

Glad to hear. I apologize if I was unjustly criticizing. Sometimes all anyone ever hears about a company is bad publicity stemming from one of these threads. I never post on these boards, but I felt the need to make sure everyone knew what was really going on. Sorry, it's a little personal for me. Maybe I'm too sensitive. Oh well, glad everything was taken care of.

Anyone know where I can find a KSG shock and body mount assembly? (KSG-1040)

AAA doesn't have them. Bigdogrc doesn't have a phone number but I emailed them.

Im out of shock and body mounts right now I know but I have a fair amount of other things for the ksg cars including some kits. Shoot me a mail at MURDOCKRC@AOL.COM. If I have we will get it out asap. Just back in stock as well are the aftermarket cross braces for the ksg cars from D&J concepts. Much stronger unit.
