I am not sure if this goes here or not but ....

This only seems to happen on the weekends for some reason, maybe it's just a timed thing but if my computer sits idle for few minutes while I am connected to the Internet, Norton sends me a message that "tgshell is attempting to access the Internet". Their suggestion is for me to block it. Since I don't know what it is, that is what I do but it is annoying. LOL What is it??
