Sup guys,

I have found some cool aluminum arms for a XXX-NT. I was wondering if these would fit on my MF2. Also, what are the pros and cons of going aluminum???

Thanks,

-Dustin K.

if you went aluminum you will probably break the bulkhead instead of the arm becuase then the bulkhead becomes the weakest part of the front, and you might also break the bearing carrier because both the bulkhead and carrier have nothing to flex against so they just break

Pros:
-"Bling"

Cons:
-the arms, once one of the weakest parts of the truck, are now one of the strongest. This means you either start breaking the plastic parts or pretty much convert everything to aluminum.

What if I just get aluminum hubs all around instead of arms? Would that break anything?

I have never seen anyone break a mf2 arm .. front or rear... Hell the only thing i have broke was a ball stud. As for hubs the trinity ones do have a purpose the rear ones you can add or take washers out to make adjustments..

I have not broken anything on my truck except for ball studs and stuff, so I will probebly not get the aluminum. The only reason I wanted it was for the "bling" factor. ;)

Good decision!

If you feel the need for "BLING" build a show car,it's a fun project.
