I was wondering about the different colored magnet combinations for these cars. I've found numerous combinations. Here we go, Black-Black with white stripe, White-Red, Blue-Red, Light Blue-Red, White-Orange, White-Green, Light Green-Orange, Yellow-Blue, Green-Red. I may have missed a color combo. I was wanting to know how many of these were made by Aurora or how many are after market? I've seen Neil's Wheels web site, but he didn't list all the ones I have. I know the Yellow-Blue are Super II magnets. When I set my track up in the basement I plan on testing magnet and armature combinations. Does anyone have a particular combination of magnet and armature that they like? I'm bringing this up because of the recent thread on pancake motors. Thanks for any help. I did a little digging on www.scaleracers.com and found some useful information. But any thoughts, facts, or opinions would be wlecome.
