how do I remove the flywheel off of a Tecumseh 15.5 hp?
do I need a puller or is there some other way to do it?

yeah ya need a puller

you need a puller. i've done it with a hammer claw and big vise grips but it dangerous when you don't do it right. a puller's safer and its useful for more than one tecumseh engine.
