Just a question about the effect of cold weather and RC equipment. Is it hard on the stuff to go thru tempurture changes. I keep all my RC stuff in a un-heated garage but then once a week go into a heated building to race. Is this hard on the ESC, motors, car in general. Thanks for any help

Thermal cycling (i.e., freezing cold to heated building) is not a big deal so long as the things are allowed to warm up before charging and running. The thermal cycle will promote more damage from moisture condensing on the ice cold or frozen parts when they are brought inside. If you can, try to keep the RC gear in the house and try to avoid freezing and thawing.

Yeah, that's kind of what I thought too. It just did not seem like a good thing.
Thanks
