Talked with Butch last night about the Toys for Tots race, here’s the schedule.

Saturday doors open at 10am Racing at 5pm (3 Qualifiers)
Friday Open Practice 1pm to 10pm
Sunday doors open at 8am racing at 11:30 (last qualifier and mains

This is an awesome track to practice at for the Snowbirds and we already have another stellar line up of racers confirmed.

Reminder bring a toy as part of your entry fee. It’s for a great cause. :thumbsup:

The entry fee will be $15 and the toy for the tots. Remember, this is racin' for dough instead of trophies. Dough fits on the shelf much better than trophies.

I know myself, Corey Heft, Mike Burbey, and a few others from the Milwaukee area will be down, can't wait.

If you are talking about the '05 Maverick, probably not. I don't think it will be ready yet. But I should have one ready soon after.

Dusty.. hey thanks for your input.. I put it on the Racetech and it was better..got a 56 4 flat and Monti helped me with my ADX II and we got a fast 57... so thanks to both of you.. I think i just need more time on the track and getting back to 4 cell stock..as besides I'm up to 1997 now so give me break...Peace out !!!!!

this is coming from a guy that is running mavrick right now.lol.but it seems that the leading edge cars cant be touched in stock lately.jason crist and brent lane laid a smacking down on the boys in ft wayne.i'll be at planet running sum dirt this weekend but i'll be in new castle next weekend and i 'll have those shocks if you still need them.


i also talk to butch and dewese about sum CONTROLED PRACTICE for the toys for tots race.so us slower guys can stay out of the mod guys way and save our cars. :mad:

hey moss....let me know your january race schedule. i'm contemplating throwing a stock in the new custom works ride for a sturday night and see what happens....the more the merrier.(and a mod in the following week) i know o'mali is dying to put his stock car down. all those that got an email remember...tonight's the night!

Yokman I may swing down by Planet this Sat. I got some family commitments first but I'll see, As for the Tots race I may have a scheduling conflict so I am trying to get that straightened out. BUT I am still needing those shocks.

DK.... well as for Jan. scheule.. I'm pretty open... I do however need to go down to Joes sometime at the end of Jan.. to get some more track time..but will be at the Moose every weekend starting Dec. 18th or sooner..I want that 4 cell title!!!!

I think you can count me in 4 some 4 cell stock action for that weekend.....maybe..but i think I'm going to need a place to stay.......If I go....If I can't find one....I guess I will stay home .......

Race report from Saturday. Mod TQ Mike Ulbrick, 66 4:01 with Zubie and myself about 1 second behind, Dugan also quick. Zubie won the main but is wasn’t pretty.

Dusty Kemp was on extra tall stilts in 19T, upping the track record with a fast 63lap run. Also was working on a couple of 64’s but got caught up in some trouble late in the heats. In the main Kemp spun the tires off the line, Mark Recio jumped in to the lead for the first minute until Dusty decided to reclaim some stickers from the side of Marks body, He checked out to 1/2 a lap advantage. Brent Lane also looked strong coming home second.

They have plenty of tables and chairs. You may want to bring a extension cord. It looks like they will be open until 10 pm on Fri.

Yes the track will be ready to run on Friday @ 1:00pm, The tracks been allot of fun! And "Smooth"!! Also, I've purchased the BEST "Can Zapper" lets just say....Hundreds can $Buy$!! I will be zapping cans at the track this weekend for $2.00 each. So get those dead cans out of your box's and be ready to raise your eyebrow's!! Or if your Eli, your Beard!!

I heard from Sonny that Eric was bringing his magnet zapper and doing them for free since it's the holidays and all! And Rumor has it that there will be some free samples of Tribo too!

I heard that Tribo was rated highest in this last issue of R/C Driver!
