This was going to be a post on a T-bird I did, but for some reason the photo forum won't recognize me as a member? I logged in as usual, but it keeps sending me to the photo forum home page--with no access to my album. I posted a query over on the computer forum looking for assistance. Also, I pulled my back out over the holiday. I was only planning to haul and chop wood, but Mum is moving next week and had asked me to come over and help with some things. I ended up hauling several pieces of furniture and that's how it happened. I not too mobile right now and have been sleeping a lot, but I am feeling a bit better.

Cheers..

Ps--Sorry for the double post...it was an accident

Ouch! Nothing like a back problem. Hang in there Boss! Maybe take a nice hot soak in a hottub. rr

Thanks for all the well-wishing, mates--God knows I need it. I feel ok as long as I don't move--which we all know is impossible. I started off leaning on anything near by, and now graduated to taking a few steps but it's very sore. The wife gave me some medication which helps the pain.

I usually walk everyday to get the mail for exercise, but my drive-way is 1510 ft. long and if I did that, I'd wouldn't be back by Xmas. I still have to make it to the car to get the little one from school though.

Hey RR and Jack- I asked the wife if I could do the hot tub thing and she said no and I'd be better off staying home with her!

I shouldn't have mentioned them lower back exercise's after all. ;)

Cheers!

Lots of rest Boss. I feel for you...that trapped feeling of being confined is almost worse then the pain. Take it real easy and get well!
