Hello,
I have been a member here for two years and this is the first time this has happened--The photo forum doesn't recognize me as a member :rolleyes: ! I log in and it just goes to the photo home page. I can't upload photos or access my album! I cleared the cookies, but that didn't seem to make a difference. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to fix it or make it right (like it was, before)?

Man, you're quick! Sometime I think you're standing right behind me!
I tried the link you posted above, but there was no way to do anything but to "check" the boxes in front of the cookies list. I did go to the photo album directly and tried to log in there, but it still sends me back to the photo home page. I also cleared cookies by going to the "log in problems" link below the sign in log page. Still nothing.
If you have any more ideas, I'll be happy to try them.
I'm in limbo right now.

Ok,

I just noticed something--When I log on to to the photo forum, it doesn't recognize me there, but it automatically logs me on to rest of the Hobby Talk board instead! When I log out and go to the photo forum I am logged back in by the photo forum-but not to the photo albums themselves. This is reaaly strange. I don't know is this is a clue or will help matters, but I just noticed it and thought it might be relevant.

Thanks for bringing this up as no one else has taken the time to notify me of the problem. I upgrade the Photo Album software a couple of days ago. Seemed to work properly for me as the Admin.

I went and tested it with a testuser account I have setup and it wouldn't log me onto the Photo Album. Further investigation shows that with the new upgrade to the software they added a couple of configuration items that I failed to set properly. This caused the improper cookies to be set so to the Photo Album software it looked like you never logged in.

It should now be working properly. Let me know if you have any more problems.
