Hello everyone. I acquired alot of hot wheels, and only a couple of older JLs. One is a frantic ferrari, purple, and one is a redline custom thunderbird, tbird has some paint chipping, etc. Feel free to go search on ebay under id bungie26 and check them out. They just both have more watchers than any of the hot wheels redlines I have. Are these more rare than other things? I assume the tbird has some value since its at 21.00 so far. Anyhow, any help is appreciated, as I am new to the diecast world, and always curious, and want to learn about this stuff, thanks! :)

first, u might get more info/responses on this if it was posted on the vintage diecast board...
my 2 cents... the Thunderbird is getting more bids because it is the rarer 'sealed door' model... the majority of these were made with opening doors
the Ferrari's motor is missing some parts that look like they broke off, and is not that desirable of a model...plus both have those 'meatball' numbers on the doors, which someone must have added, they never came with those.
may not get that many bids on the redline Hot Wheel lot... the paint does look nice on most, but they aren't the more desirable models...or maybe u knew that one and that's why some of the others are listed as singles
