Good morning guys, for those of you that were in the chatroom last night you might have heard me speak about a wicked cool orange '72 Camaro that I saw in the latest Car Craft magazine. This morning I got up and did some searching and found that Camaro's website.......

http://www.hairstonmotorsports.com/

How about a Duttweiler 430 CI. twin turbo powered small block that runs 6.80's @ 211MPH???

I've been sitting here thinking about this.........and I am seriously considering replicating this car in slot car form.......out of a JLTO Camaro body hood......wing, and fat rear tires and all

Anyhow, I just HAD to share this website with you guys.......it's not every day that you see a Camaro this outright ballsy.

Brian, that is one bad looking camaro. I wish that I had the time and money to do that to my 71 Z-28.

Jeff I have to agree.......when I first saw the pic in Car Craft I just stood there oogling the pic like a 10 year old kid staring at his first images of nakid women.....

I can't even begin to describe how much I love 2nd gen Camaros.......my brother owned a 70 1/2 for a short period of time.....and damn I wish I would have considered buying it from him before he sold it for cheap....to some other guy who frame frame off restored it  Oh well, at least it went to a good home.

Seeing this 2nd gen Camaro beast......this car has now became my favorite 2nd gen of all time.......and it's my destiny to replicate this car in Tjet form.... all can say is when this custom project is finnished people's jaws might drop when they see it....

Dude, I couldn't even comprehend even owning a car that could run in the 6's.......let alone it be a Camaro that is built so well. Check out those car specs and pics of the car in various stages.......and the motor shots....Jesus

Wow that is a bad bowtie my dad had a 71 camaro it was sweet but that is nuts. I feel that is more than worthy of a slot project as a matter of fact it's got my busting out the super chevy collection looking for my inspiration. Keep us posted I'm sure it'll rock!!!!!!!

Hey Tex,
Mate, that is one savage Camaro! I don't think it matters who the manufacturer is when it is that radical. I love to make a few passes with that! They don't get much meaner than that.
Thanks for the link--it was a good read!

I couldn't comprehend that either ;)

Cheers!
