Hey slot gurus..I been attempting to build this Dragster, and just want to get some better performance from it when done.

I typically stick to diecast when customizing, but the slot fever is on me with cold weather moving in.

I am a novice when it comes to slots...But I have seen a few recently that flat out screamed due to some modifying of the chassis.

This project is kind of a morphing of a McDonalds diecast (was zebra painted) dragster body, coupled to a mid '70s AFX (stock) chassis. It does run but not well enough to be competetive or real impressive.

At sluggercan.com you can buy polymer magnets to fit an AFX. There are also a lot of links to places that sell hot arms and misc. parts. There is also a page that gives tips to build super hot t-jets. Hope this helps!!!!!
