That really bites, the Incident didn't happen during a Nextel Cup Event either- Sure I agree, Enforce, Fine or even Suspend Him for something during and for "That Event" or "That Team" but don't reach across the whole darn board to penalize and possibly effect the outcome of someone else's (mainly Jr.'s) race to. Really know, one has to agree that this upsets a balance and always bringing someone new or something different into the mix changes things.
