F91 11-18-2004, 10:34 AM Our family loved that show! beeblebrox 11-18-2004, 07:41 PM Can't remember if that show was good or if I was a teenager that didn't know any better. Here's another example of the same syndrome: http://www.obyscountry.com/barbarycoast.html rw2516 11-18-2004, 08:14 PM Remember HERE COME THE BRIDES? Starred Bobby Sherman, David Soul, and Robert Brown as Jason,Joshua and Jeremy Bolt. Took place in 19th century Seattle. They own a mountain ripe with trees but can't get any loggers to hang around because there's no women in town. Mark Leonard is the rich guy who owns the big logging company and wants to get his hands on the mountain. The Bolts head off to San Francisco and bring back a boatload of women as brides for the men. Bolt makes a bet with Leonard that all the women will be married off in a year or he gets the mountain. Also had Joan Blondell as the saloon keeper. Catchy theme song by Mark Lindsay or somebody, was a minor hit at the time. One of the numbered Star Trek paperbacks is a time travel story with the characters from the show. Most likely because of L:eonard and Brown(Lazarus in Alternative Factor). Haven't seen it since first aired about 35 yrs ago. Strange the stuff you remember. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
