Kevin was played by veteran character actor John Anderson (He was the car salesman in PSYCHO and the bat-like alien in Martin Sheen's Outer Limits episode.).

That is definitely not him. For one thing, he would have been in his sixties at the time. And he was well established enough that he wouldn't be acting as an extra.
