i was driving my REVO when i noticed that the 4 wheel drive wasnt working. it was sliding all over the place....i was in snow. thats how i noticed. lol. well.... i opened up the case and i didnt find any problems with the gears. it feels like the gears are slipping though. like when i hold the front wheels and push the car forward. it sounds like it's grinding. do you know what could have happened? that dang thing is hard to control now. lol. thanks everyone.

Sounds Like a diff has gear problems, Not the gearbox.

Revo or die. Traxxas Has a recall on that problem. the gears got machined to small in front and rear diff.I don't know if they send new diff's or a new truck.Just contact them they will warranty it for you.

Was it making a clicking sound when you got on the brakes or accelerated hard? RED
Fix it the best you can and sell it. BUT make sure who you sell it to know what is wrong with it.
