I know the mods are legal but are the stock endbells legal. Of course you would have to use orion/peak motors but is there any talk of making them legal for stock racing?

no.. a stock motor ca not be changed in any way fromits original packaging.. exept for brushes, and spring posts... roar will have to aprove this endbell first...

i had heard orion was going to offer a stock motor with this installed... but selling it for 45 bucks as a mod, makes me think the price will be high.. and most sanctioning bodies, have a maximum price for a stock motor to be sold.. they also require it to be aproved, and in enough quantity for people to purchase it freely...

even a mod motor will not be legal to run this type of endbell, unless it is an orion or top based motor.. you cant put it on an epic or a reddy motor and have it be lagal... this is what i was told...

almost all stock motors meet the proper specs.. but are not aproved.. either because there is not enough in circulation, or they dont submit them...

I found with mine that the more I over geared it the better it ran. With the end bell it will run cooler and you can run the crap out of it.I tried 1 on a stock last week with both brushes it comes with motors lost rpm and power havent tryed on a 19 turn yet
