I have a briggs and stratton 5Hp motor on a power washer.I can get to run for about 2 seconds be fore it quits.I pull it again and it does the same thing.I remove the plug and its soaken wet.I think the float is sticking and its dumping to much gas.Anybody got any ideas?

try a new diapram it most likely needs a new one if its the horizontal shaft model.
