I worked out a deal to buy a L4 from Tim. I sent him Paypal for the car. I waited for the better part of a week. His comunication leaves a lot to be desired. A number of emails went unanswered. Then today he sends my money back via Paypal. No email and no explanation. At least I got my money back I guess. He jerked me around, Not a person I would suggest dealing with.

Like I said you jerked me around. You told me to send money and I did. Now your playing word games to cover your butt. If you know you may be out of town maybe you shouldn't sell on Hobbytalk. Selling things online is all about comunication. I can't read minds. Besides you said in your email tonight you said you decided to keep the car. Something about running two classes. Whatever the reason doesn't really matter. If your not sure about selling things don't post them for sale, take payment, then back out a week later. Buyer beware!
