it is funny!...but probably not worth anything... maybe even less thatn a normal one...
only people that seem to like or want errors are the Hot Wheels folks... and all they do is go on endlessly about whether it's an error or a variation!

I don't remember if it was a "Dubb City" or not but I saw a tricked out '59 Chevy the other day they claimed as a "69 Chevy on the package. Reckin I should go get it?
When HW came out with their "Hall of Fame" GT-40, they used the FORD GT Mk IV on the card that went with it. Nowhere was there an explaination of the discrepancy. I would have thought since HW made the Mk IV in the RL's they would have used the right car with the right card......Maybe one of these days.
This one isn't really a mistake as much as marketing stratagey. The HW old timer I think they called it a "Torpedo" is really modeled after a 1911 FIAT S 76. It had a 4 cyl engine that displaced....you ready for this? 28,353 cc's!!!! In Cubic inches, if my math is correct, that comes to around 1700 cu. in. give or take one or two. It was capable of producing 290 hp and speeds of 210 kmp. ON BALLOON TYRES!!!!! I guess the folks at HW renamed it because they figured, "who would want a FIAT from any decade?" Before you FIAT owners come down on me. I worked on them 13 years and actually owned a 128. It's the only car I ever had that actually broke a transmission case.
