I want to download MSN Messenger using my Mozilla Firefox browser. Im running Windows 98 however, it won't take it. I'm assuming the reason being is it needs a pop up window and Mozilla won't accept Pop ups. How do I go in and turn on popups for this web site so I can complete my download ? Or if this isn't the problem anyone have an idea why it won't work ?

popup settings for mozilla firefox web browsers may be altered by going to edit... preferences... web features...
A window opens to allow pop-ups from desired sites. details here. (http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/options#webfeatures)
Just below "web features" in the menu is "download options (http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/options#downloads)". There might be something wrong here.
Sorry, I don't use Mozilla. It could be that microsoft uses a "plug-in" (helper application) to handle their software downloads that is incompatible or missing from your mozilla browser.
You could always open up an i.e. browser and attempt your download from there.
