Yeah I'm kinda the same way, but that's part of the Limited "Hobby Exclusive" thing with only 1496 pieces made of each car.

I can deal with the white tires, but that "hobby exclusive" tag they put on stuff always erks me...

Most "hobby shops" don't carry diecast stuff, so they must be talking about the "collector shops" where u know most will charge 10 times the price when they see that "hobby exclusive" tag... maybe get them online? usually have to buy a bunch of items to get the "exclusive" or else it's always "sold out".. I'm really tired of hearing about Hobby Lobby... unless they plan to open some more stores...none anywhere near me:mad:

I kno there are alot of complaints about the TH and WL cars, but couldn't they just try to do a chase car that you might be able to find in a normal store, ...just once?

Up here walmart and toys r us must have big buying power cause none of the hobby shops carry the MM. the story i get is suppliers CAN`T or WON`T get them not profitable for them.( boo hoo ) personaly i don`t like the white tire ones either BUT thats just my pereferance, but i do like MMs.

Mike, just the Camaros! I almost bought the Corvair, but the engine is sticking out of the front. What's up with that???:p

I'd get 'em in a heartbeat. And just as quickly I would put some black tires on them. Beautiful cars. Pablodragon, my Mother in Law told me they just opened a HL near her in Michigan. But she's near Saginaw.

Today i picked up both Camaros, both '62 Catalinas, a '50 Stude, a '96 Impala and both Corvairs, i didn't see the Daytonas

Just found a nice pair of the '71 Camaros with black tires at a Hobby Lobby. Also got the red Corvair, a green Daytona and an pale purple Catalina.
This is only the second time I've arrived to have first choice from the latest release!
