Back in the sixties, I can think of at least 3 TV shows that used the same flying saucer mockup...

It was on I Dream of Jeannie as a NASA saucer in "U-F-Oh, Jeannie".

It was on Bewitched in "Samantha's Secret Saucer". Remember the doglike aliens?

It was on Batman as "The Joker's Flying Saucer".

Anybody have any pics or info on it? Was it used on anything else?

TIA for any help!

Don't know if it's the same one but an episode of The Man From Uncle had a flying saucer. "The Take Me to Your Leader Affair". Guest starred Nancy Sinatra and Whitney Blake(the mom on Hazel). Billionaire builds saucer and convinces the world's nations it's the real deal. Tries to get the world's nations to do something(can't remember) to avoid annililation. Of course Solo and Kuryakin save the day.

Did Ultraman have a saucer in it too?

And real-life mom of Meredith Baxter ( of 'Bridget Loves Birney' and 'Family Ties' fame ).

Well, I don't think that's quite in keeping with the specific saucer in question. However, it's my opportunity to post a link to a project I'm working on. Haven't posted this on Hobbytalk before. There are many photos...forgot the number. Start here and keep hitting the "next" button (in progress so it's unfinished).

The file is too large for me to download to share here. For those thinking about scratchbuilding it, which version would you choose? ;)

I'm fairly certain the same saucer was used in an episode of Gomer Pyle, too.

Damned near every 60's sitcom had a character believe they saw martians or a flying saucer.

That Saucer was first seen in a DeanMartin Matt Helm movie. The top was clear.

It might also have been the same one on the MY THREE SONS episode when Ernie sees a flying saucer... I've got the episode on tape somewhere, I'll have to check and see.

it strikes me that the prop in question must be as durable as hell
