LOL, wishful thinking at it's best :tongue: I saw that auction early this morning too.......insane..... the part I like about the auction is that his opening bid is $8K.....BUT, if you BIN for $10K he'll ship for FREE......Gee, that's a bargain.......You can ship a car across country for less than $2K......so I doubt that 42 slot car sets weigh as much as a 1:1 car.....lmao.....

Anyone close to Chicago might see him at the Midwest Slot Car Show on Sunday, 14 November. No way that stuff is worth 8k. He'd have better luck auctioning the cars individually and the race sets as well. Still wouldn't come close to 8k. I didn't see too much of anything in the way of being rare or in high demand right now.

He's got be high on something if he expects that kind of money for that stuff!
