Anyone know where to get the cog belts for maxmod tire truers???

Im down to my last belt and since it has sat for 12 years or so I doubt it will last very long..

I cant find much about them so Im assuming ther tire truer itself is no longer made??

Talking with Boyd ,I remember he got alot of his parts from ' Grainger ' Supply house. Hope this helps.

Go to www.granger.com and click on the catalog at the top. Then go to page 272. I forgot the part number. But count the number of teeth and measure the width and you are there. :)

If you don't have a business account Grainger will not sell to the regular consumer. You must find an outlet near you or have a buddy that has an account set up. I recently bought online from them and found this out. Luckily my family's business had an account with the local outlet, so I got what I needed.

If you can't find a way to deal with Grainger, Try McMaster-Carr www.mcmaster.com (http://www.mcmaster.com/). Their selection is as good as, if not better than Graingers and will sell to anybody.

Try your local auto parts supplier , thats where i got mine when i needed ...he had to order it but Gates was still makin them..........good luck
