A little chopping, gluing and tweaking and ...presto!
(It's a poor scan.... Gotta get a digital camera!)
A resin Hot Rod body half mated to a modified Revell roof and deuce front clip.
Motor by Hot Wheels Legends series! Tires by Supertires / Thunderslicks and rims by 3R and Revell.
The fenders are really solidly mounted. The tires roll and the fenders stay put. My toughest 1/76th modeling effort by far was keeping those cycle fenders static!

Dang. I've had this thing mostly finished for probably two years now. All that time I've been agonizing over how to get those cycle fenders on it...

btw, mine also uses an Aurora Hot Rod, but cannibalizes parts from the JL diecast...

That's a pretty trick little coupe.......I'll bet those cycle fenders are fragile as hell though ;)

Hey there Turk,

That's quite a project you did there. It looks like it took a bit of work to get it where you have now. I hope, if you get the chance you can post some more pics. I like to see some other views of it.
Very nice!!

And ParkRNDL,
Yours too, is a great looking ride.
Great work.

cheers to you both!
