I run oval and have had some problems with spinning the rims, well just the outside one. Second time out with my nitro sprint spun the rim.
PRO LINE RIMS PRO LINE HOLE SHOTS.
Any other rims out there that can take some power.
Had the same problem on my gt oval truck.Only twice before, very tacky track. Bow ties that time.

OK How bout this, does heating up the rims (for dye) soften them up?

You have to glue your tires to the rim to keep them from spinning. Use a quick set ca to hold them in place. And no dying your rims will not hurt them. People do it all the time.

wrong axel pin or the operator. he is talking about gt truck rims the pin in the axel that locks the rim to the axel. Not Glue

Proline rims have one pin slot, Associated rims have two slots. It is a common problem since they went to the smaller pins.If you can find an old RC10T they had a larger pin and you will need the rims also.
