Hi all
Been having trouble. First noticed when I open my weather mail and links didnt work. Then found an item on ebay I was interested in. I clicked it and it took me to sign on page. Go to sign in and get a page that says my browser settings are preventing me from going to this URL. Even the links on that page wont open. What gives? I didnt change anything. Any idea whats up and how to get it back?

What version of windows and IE are you running?

Your security/privacy settings may be interfering: see IE Tools, internet options and set the settings for security and privacy back to their defaults (should be a "default" button).

If this fails to turn up anything I'd suspect some 3rd party browser "helper" is interfering with your browser. Do you have any extra toolbars that you installed lately?

Make sure all your software is current by going to windows update (http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp).

download ad-aware (http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html) and spybot (http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022-10289035.html?tag=lst-0-2) and scan for vermin while you're at it. If you didn't load anything or change settings, ad-trojans are a likely source of your problems. Or someone else using your PC.

If the latter, try setting up your own user account under windows so kids, spouses etc don't mess up your settings.
