Good to see Joe Ruttman making a start today. Wonder how many laps it will be before Finch has him park it?

James Finch must read this board. Ruttman is now the third car out of the race. :( And he was still on the lead lap, too.

Vickers has hit the wall a ton!

Vickers has hit the wall a ton!

That car looks like a Gremlin now- the back was crushed downward all the way to the window, and the front's been shortened a few feet.

I hope he's all right.

Ward Burton and Ken Schrader each led a lap under caution. Back to green now with Kenseth leading.

Casey Mears with problems. Possible tire going down. He pits.

Swifty

Kenseth wrecks BIG TIME! He was trying to go into the pits and slammed into the tire barriers!

Looks like he's okay.

Lol, I actually missed last week's race entirely (I was at Lightning Fest) but I heard he won. And there was some controversy with Robby Gordon/Greg Biffle/Tony Stewart/Jeremy Mayfield. Was it a good race?

I sure wished I could have made it to Fest this year. I was actually thinking about it real seriously, but the old heart failure hit and I've been trying to make a slow return ever since.

Mayfield keeps losing positions in the pits. Not just one or two, but five or six each time. Wonder what's up with that?

Next year! And I look forward to meeting you there. Speaking of your heart, how have you been holding up lately? Thanks for asking. My heart is fine, it's the old breast plate that they split that takes forever to grow back togeather. They have it wired, but it still feels like mush.

Wow! Kenseth's car doesn't look all that bad for as crunched as it was. Looks like they replaced the hood and front fenders.

Jeff Burton complaining about the way he received his penalty.

Speaking of penalties- Jimmie Johnson was caught speeding down pit lane and has to make a penalty stop.
