Anyone here get and build any of these Lego sets?

I know most of them are toylike but there is a couple that look interesting.

There is the large AT-AT one (you could toss the funny figures away - LOL) that looks O.K. Anyone know the dimensions of it?

And of course there is also the Imperial Star Destroyer that is 37" long with over 3000 parts. Kinda pricey though.

Have a couple of them bedded down in the closet somewhere. Not even sure of which ones they are. Wife picked them up for me when Wal-Mart was running them on a clearance sale.
