Can't get the ball caps off the ball ends of my pan car. Tried twisting afraid to break the plastic cap. How does eveyone else do it ?

A FAST sharp twist will work fine, like breaking a normal size bolt loose, you have to be snappy.

you will not break a ball cup.. they wear out,.. they dont really break... and yes a quick twist is best.. doing it slow, will make them wear faster..
