I would check to see what other guys are running @ the track now. But myself I would start with Purples all the way around.

All of us down here in Florida are running 3 pinks and a purple rf on flat asphalt. Cars really hook up well and get awesome tire wear.

Hey Bob, nice TQ & Win on the dirt oval tires. Great results continue to come in as more and more people give our dirt oval foams a try. Even the old man took another win over the weekend at "The Prooving Grounds" Dirt Oval at Sumpter, SC in the LateModel class. A very light turn out but hey as my man Todd Putnam says, "A Win is a Win"!

RC4LESS tires TQ set new track record and finished second in main in 19t @ R/C Sports Mania in Phoenix AZ. Old track record was 51 4:00.75 (set by Jeff "Humpty" Helms) new record 53 4:03.20 Thanks Bruce for such a great tire!

Raymond great going taking that track record back from one of the best oval racers in the country, Jeff "HUMPTY" Helms.

We miss Humpty for sure here in the south but sharing his knowledge to another area of the country will only help oval racing. Just make sure you keep him only close to the record and running a strong 2nd. (we miss you Humpty!)

the first race of a 6 race series is done. thanks to RC4less tires i beat my personal best. Had some chassis issues keeping me from the top spot, but the tires helped increase my laps. Keep up the good work bruce.....

Hi Mike, earlier in the day at Macon, I used Silver's but as the track got the black groove burned in I went to Pinks and as the track gets better you will might want to try Magenta fronts or at least on the right front.

I ran the same set of Pinks three times at Macon and then 3 heats & a main in Sumpter and they still look great with almost zero wear.

Bruce, still looking for a pricelist on the dirt hoops. I agree on the tire compounds as well, the silvers are great till you get a blue groove and then I think you could go a lot harder. I am thinking of purple fronts and magenta rears. My car was turning way to hard with the pinks and I wore the silvers badly by the end of the night and I don't even want to talk about those TC4 plastic diffs, lol

Some of us florida guys went to delaware this past weekend and put some orange wheels in the A-main.
Tires worked great in the north, those guys up there don't know what there missing.
Tire wear was awsome and the wheels stayed true, no chunking of foam, even after a couple of times in the unpaved area.
I will be ordering some of those dirt ovals tires from you soon for the sprint.

I've only been into rc for about a year and a half, got right into oval, I"d go to the track and see yellow or orange wheels in the pits and think to myself "how can any one with any pride do that to their car" It was the first thing I noticed about any ones vehichle and unfortunately thats all I noticed, how the car looked sitting in the pit or the start line.
recently while at an outdoor oval track, while watching others race two vehichles stood out from the rest, the way they were powering through the corners hugging the track was amazing.
I even walked over to the end of the track to get a better view of them, the command these cars had in the turns was awesome. I watched the whole race. it wasn't until the last couple of laps when I was really studying these two vehichles and their movement through the turns " they had orange wheels" I had watched a whole race and not even noticed "the ugly orange"
With all the bright, strange color combinations I see in the Nascar circuit"some might say ugly paint schemes. how can anyone look at a simple orange wheel and say thats just plain ugly. I have no doubt that I can come up with paint schemes that the orange wheels will be an asset to. Besides that, I find that the better looking more interesting cars at the track usually belong to some one that enjoys designing their own paint schemes. I'd rather see a race where the drivers put more of themselves into the paint schemes and less of "pick your favorite Nascar team" carbon copies.

Hi Eyor, thanks for your post. The orange wheels is strictly a marketing ploy for me. When you watch a car going around the track and it has black wheels, you don't have a clue if they are any one of 4 different brands. If you see a car with orange wheels you know for sure they are RC4LESS Tires. My 9 year old wanted green wheels but I do draw the line at some things.

Hey Boylan look at that picture on the dirt oval thread for Echeconnee. Got some whinning being posted from the application of the Figure4 at the last dirt oval race.

RC4LESS Dirt Oval tires scorched the track at Anthony's Victory Lane(Pooler, GA) grabbing the TQ in the Late Model class with a track record 75 laps in 5:02. DNF'ed the Main so we missed the win. So we'll settle for the TQ.

Mike Gitchell also set the Sprint Car Track Record and won the A-Main on RC4LESS Foams.

This was the first race at the newly constructed track so who ever got the most laps was sure to walk away with the initial track records. Great short track. 110' of excitement. This will be a fun track in the months ahead.

Ran some of Bruce's orange rims at M&M Raceways outdoor paved oval Sun.
Didn't have the right compounds but still managed to qual. 3 and finish 2nd in 19T pancar class. Had a few people asking who makes those orange rims. Of course I had to tell them. LOL Great tires Bruce!!!

OK don't laugh now but 2 white rears and HB right front and a cream left front.
I think I'll get ahold of Bruce and get some pinks and purples for the occasional foray on the asphalt. Car seemed to work decent though.

Got to put out a thank you to bruce got me the tires i needed just in time for the past weekends race, And it was the fix i was hoping for. Once i got the chassis set threw the day I ended up First in the B. With this being a points series Sundays win gave me the boost in points i needed. Two races togo. thanks again bruce. Bruce, I use your dirt oval tires on the sprint to run asphalt. TQ'ed and won at the FOCAR race in Daytona last week.
Ran purples on the right side, pinks on the left.
I got better wear with your tires than I have had with others.

Minnreg carpet race Tom Pedano TQ and 1st in A-main in Expert 19turn. And 2nd in Pro Mod. In 19turn, Tom ran Black RF, Cream LF, Cream RR and White LR. Pro Mod was 3 pinks and a purple.

I do have a question for Boylan about one of the pictures featured on his web site race report. Was that a picture of the ??-Main in onroad or did the oval racing allow GTP bodies? I'll post it soon.

He was a rocket but not the only racer there on Orange power. His brother Stephen was also fast in stock and 19t. Not fast(or lucky)enough though as I took the win in stock with my slightly tweaked asphalt setup. Purple rf, Magenta lf, Magenta rr and pink lr and no wing,

Dave P Qualified 2nd for expert 19t but had an unfortunate lexan trading party while running 2nd in the main. His race was done but if not it would have been an RC4LESS TeamJax sweep of the top three.

I pulled in a third after qualifying 2nd for in the 4300 brushless class with a HardBlack rf , Tan lf, Black rr and tan lr.

Definately was a lot of orange in Da'house :dude:

Actually I'd be remorse in not mentioning everyone who ran Bruce's tires but my memory's not what it used to be. I did get a lovely view of the rear of Mr. Katf1sh's brushless car all day. Good runs to everyone

Bruce....that is one of the scariest pictures ever seen on this thread. But then again with sooooooo much Orange everywhere I guess that you can post what ever you want. If ever you needed a figure four, it would have been needed to be used on those "three"
