push is the easiest thing in the world to cure. but no my car was good...as always there is always someone faster.

the reason i run that combo is we do not allow paragon crap indoors in florida. niftec works great! the next indoor race may allow paragon so i will test out that new combo.
I been useing (TQ8) and had great traction, but never used the griper. IS that good 2?

Oldtimer.....

I use White Rears RR LR, Gray LF or Tan LF depending on track surface that day, and Black RF, Works great! I have changed so many racer from trc and jaco to RC4LESS because my Hyperdrive Pro3 is INSANE in handling! I am not sure your referring to though with the Wilder boy.... hmmmmmm. Anyway, I will let you know what other compounds I try or start using on a frequent basis. Clearly the best tires I have owned, and I'm proud to be sponsored by Bruce, he's a good guy, if your hesistating on these tires, trust me and everyone else, they are great. See ya @ the Birds!

is that TQ orange? jack the gripper works ok but it kinda gums up if you don't clean the tires after every run. the best odorless traction in my oppinion is niftec paragon traction action is not too bad either.

My Cousin John Glasgow, who raced 1/12th scale for the first time and tried RC4Less tires for the first time. Had an amazing night in 1/12th scale oval tonight at N.O.R.A. RC oval in Mt Vernon, Washington, about an hour north of Seattle. We race on fresh calandra ozite. Anyway, 2 weeks ago the 4 cell 1/12th scale mod record was 74 laps. Then I added 2 laps to it to make it a strong 76. Johnny went 81:5.00.00 tonight. It was really something to watch....The 6 cell mod 1/10th record is 82:5.03.00, one little bobble in traffic cost him beating the six cell mod 1/10th scale record. Johnny ran RC4less white rears, a purple right front and the black/grey mix on the left front. He said it handled better than anything he had ever driven before. The RC4Less 1/12th scale gray/black mix tire is a great tire, has very good wear and still gets tons of bite. He had amazing straightaway speed with his 8 single motor and his RC4Less IP3800's, those things really pack some punch and are always available at www.RC4Less.com (http://www.rc4less.com/) Johnny also broke the 1/10th scale stock record by 1 lap tonight. He TQ'd and won both divisions. Thanks for whooping us tonight Johnny, Your definatly the man to beat right now.

Johnny's biggest competition was Pete Kinsman who finished second also on RC4Less tires, Pete has been racking up some great finishes in 1/12th scale, and still holds the stock 1/12th record.

We all new you were due to tear it up Johnny '5". Just a little scary how fast you were tonight in 1/12th scale. This car was loaned to him by Pete Kinsman tonight, but I think Johnny has made a cash offer on the car so he can keep it. I was up till 1am, rebuilding the car and putting radio gear in it and setting the car up so Johhny would be able to run it in time for tonight. be able to run it. figures I wrenched for hours on the car that whooped me.

Good Job Johhny!! Can you share some of that magic dust your puttin on your cars???

Bruce,

Last night I won the A-main in our first ever 1/10 4 cell mod pan race on my trusty RC4Less tires. We have been racing 6 cell mod up till last night, but we decided we would try it out and see what happends. I was pretty surprised to see that there were (7) 1/10 cars that had RC4Less tires and one person who said they were going to get some soon. In 1/12 Scale Oval, Johnny "Rocket" Glasgow set a new 1/12 Stock track record and won the 1/12 A-main and TQ'd 1/10 Mod Pan on RC4Less 1/10 tires. I also noticed there were about (5) 1/12 cars on RC4Less tires. Seeing all of the RC4less tires at our local track was really cool considering the only people who were running them at the begining of this season was Les O'Dell and myself. Our first race was on November 4th. Since then people have seen the great quality and performance of the RC4Less foam tires and have slowly been converting as they are able to. I also think it is pretty amazing to see that many 1/12 cars on RC4Less tires being as the 1/12 RC4less Product line was not released till about 3 or 4 weeks ago.....

Also, I got to try the TRIBO Comm Lube last night for the first time that I purchased from RC4Less. I was reading some Posts by "Big Jim" before he passed away. He said that if you run Putnam Brushes in your stock motor that you should use the TRIBO Lube because it adds RPM, Torq and makes the brushes a little easier on the comm..... Boy was he right. This stuff was amazing.... My touring Oval car has never felt more alive and felt way more punchy with the TRIBO drops..... This is great stuff. Just another example of some of the great preformance products you can get from RC4less.

Can't wait to place another RC4Less Order!!!

Keep up the Great Work Bruce!!!

Is there a plan to bring on RC4Less foam donuts? It seems that most companies are moving out of supplying donuts. I do not have a set of RC for less foams, but i have a TON of empty rims right now....

I run a Tan LR with a Black RR, and it is a very good handling combo... Easy to free up for mid corner rotation, but it doesn't have any bad habits...

This may sound rediculous to some , but I need to know if this is common. I run at a track where the majority of the racers run TRC rubber and the rest run Jaco. I picked up numerous compounds of the rc4less tires, trying to find something better. I had a loose condition with a white LR and a tan RR, I moved the tan to the LR and put a 45 black on the RR and the car tightened up. Call me confused, but normally in the past with other manufacturers tires I would go softer to add bite to where ever I needed it, today I went harder to get more bite. Is this a common reaction with these tires? I'm running 19 turn on a 190 ft banked carpet track. Just wanted to know if others have had this same finding. I'm actually running my fastest times ever, so I'm really liking the tires, Thanks guys, Bill B

What I've seen is the Black compound has more grip and less rolling resistance on well grooved tracks. Why, I guess it has more rubber in the compound. The black compound works great on the RF, RR and LF. If I was going to use this compound group I would start with LF-Black(19 turn may need a gray), RF-Hard Black or Blue, RR- Black, LR- White(go up if car has push).

Hey John, on the old rubber I was running the same combination on both cars, if I can get something I really like on the 19 turn car I'll run it on the mod car. Looking for more, trying to get to that 67 lap mark. See you when you come back.

Bruce,

I have been on vacation for a few weeks. It has been a great experience buying from you in 2005. Hope the holidays were good for you and your family....

Got a question for all... We have been running Paragon (Black Can) up here on Ozite. It seems paragon has been hard to get lately.

What is the next best tire softener for RC4Less tires on Ozite?

Also, How is the Stick ET tire softener and can it be used on carpet? Just curious for some input on this stuff?

Thanks,

Is there anywhere to mail order Niftech without buying it directly from Niftech? I have had great experiences with the folks at Niftech, but last time I checked, they only accepted C.O.D. payments and that doesn't quite work for me.

Also, Does the Niftech actually soften an RC4Less foam like Paragon will. Or does it just make the tire sticky? Also, will it last for an entire 5 minute run?

katf1sh
01-03-2006, 08:52 PM
you do not want a traction additive that makes your tire sticky for carpet racing. wd40 would work better than a sticky traction would. it softens the tire up but not like paragon. paragon is in a league by itself. i hate the crap myself. if your car doesn't work with nif tech it needs adjusting somewhere else. too hard a tire or side spring combo.

19 turn carpet lf rc4less grey rf rc4 less purple lr rc4less pink rr rc4less black

that is a nice start i like 3 pinks and a purple for your avg carpet track but the high bite of the birds that combo will get expensive due to using a new set every run.
