Todd Putnam 09-15-2004, 07:13 PM As for the color, they are going to have the polished chrome-like IRS hubs and the aluminum pod pieces are silver, (unanodized). If anyone would like to have their cars custom anodized, I know of a place that can do it and it's not real expensive...
Thanks for everyone's patience why we returned all the emails and requests. Remember to email us directly for a quicker response, as we don't get the opportunity come on the bulletin boards very often...

OBROCTO 09-16-2004, 08:53 PM look on www.customworksrc.com
Maybe I'm blind but I don't see anything for the Aggressor Pan Car
Todd Putnam 09-17-2004, 11:30 AM ...They are so fast, it's tough to get a picture of them! j/k
They have been featured in ads and articles in both RC Driver and Xtreme, if I remeber correctly. I know that RC Driver did an entire article on the Aggressor that Frank Polimeda TQ'd and Won the Factory Modified Class at the last Snowbirds...
I can take a picture of a prototype for anyone who hasn't seen one. Email me for a quicker response...

I saw the car at the birds & it looks killer. I would like to get ahold of one but I'll have to wait a while before I can buy one.

jeepnyy 09-17-2004, 12:59 PM TODD:::: Pls take some pictures of AGGRESSOR out-of-the-box. If possible, close-up of the front-end/wheelbase adjustor/locator. As well as the rear-pod shock mounts. My e-mail address>>>www.jeepnyy@aol.com
BRENT:::: Those pictures at CW website were all proto-type on or after Snowbirds. The trailingarm/rear steer adjustment are no longer incorporated to the production cars according to Arnie. Rob Cutman should be updating those pictures with the public release of the car.
Thanx
Henry E.
jeepnyy 09-17-2004, 01:07 PM The "intro" price is $325
Is that "Suggested Retail Price" ? If it is, then street price/lhs price will be a lot less. But then again, it will be priced competetively with Hyperdrive SSE Pro2 & KSG. That could be the out-of-pocket cost.....ouch !!!!!!! Another 3 hundred buccaroos. This hobby sure is not cheap. Credit card to the rescue.....LOL

What are the plans for the price after it is introduced?? Will this price rise evenmore??
Bill Johnson 09-17-2004, 03:38 PM Good question, all I know is that's what I'm paying. Now I'm curious to see after they hit the LHS shelves,,,,if they even make before everyone tkes them............

Yeah, I knew that, but it is close to the production car & OBROCTO was looking for some pics of the car.

Todd Putnam 09-21-2004, 08:24 PM Henry:
I won't be able to take a picture of a production kit until we receive them. The pictures I was offering are of the same prototype-version on the CW website.
The car is very competitively priced at $325. Street price for the KSG is $315, and you get both Offset and Standard Diff Hubs with the Aggressor.
BA Motorsports 09-21-2004, 08:27 PM Todd do you know what type of T-plate the car is going to have?
Arnie Fie 09-22-2004, 02:33 PM EHR: Kit includes everything you need to go racing, just bolt on tires and your radio gear and go. The kit comes with 2 .063 Fiberglass t-plates....the normal symetrical t-plate that is widely used and an offset one for running the car with the t-plate offset in the car as well. Also there will be spring steel t-plates available for both configurations.
Will try and post some pics of the new car next week when we are shooting it for the instruction book. Basically it looks close to what you have seen on the web-site or like the car I have been racing...only without the 101 Dremel hole prototype parts.
Also there is also a conversion kit available for this car, basically comes with just the parts and hardware you need to build it.

BA Motorsports 09-22-2004, 06:36 PM Thanks for the update Arnie, sounds good, can't wait till its released. Todd I bet you have quite a long list now of people on the first release deal you have going on.
rcavenger 09-22-2004, 08:44 PM Arnie,
I have one on order from Todd. Any basic setup ideas for a 70X24 flat track, 4 cell stock? and, more specifically, i was wondering how the offset T-plate affects the car vs. the conventional mounting position...
Thanks!
Scott Johnson
BatteryPoor 09-23-2004, 12:17 PM What shocks do these cars come with? Plastic center, Ass. side shocks?
jeepnyy 09-23-2004, 11:33 PM What shocks do these cars come with? Plastic center, Ass. side shocks?
For the price...I would hope to see the least amount of plastics....only on neccessary parts such as the front end. Shocks should be either a HPI type or the metal-body associated type for center & sides. Iam sure, CW always comes up with quality parts for their cars.
Henry E.
Todd Putnam 09-24-2004, 10:40 AM Kit comes with Asc. Threaded TC center shock and VCS side shocks. The center shock mount is a graphite mount w/ various mounting locations, like the Hyperdrive aftrmarket mount. Trust me, this kit is top quality all the way...
CKappler 09-24-2004, 11:29 AM Todd, I sent you an e-mail a week ago but still haven't heard back from you. Do you still have any kits left for pre-order?
Cory
Todd Putnam 09-24-2004, 07:30 PM Cory,
Resend it...make sure you put CW Aggressor n the subject line... Regards,

Mayhem 09-24-2004, 10:40 PM Todd, send 2 kits, one built with bodies and I'll drive it. You still have my address. Dont forget tires and motors. Mayhem
BA Motorsports 09-28-2004, 02:58 PM I know these are just wait and see questions, since the car is not even out yet, but does anyone know if the Finishline steel spring t-plates, will fit the CW Aggressor car, if so which configuration will be needed to run the car in the offset position, also does anyone know if the servo mount holes are going to be pre-drilled and will the kit come with the wing mounts? Arnie, Todd if you guys get a chance could you please give an update, or anyone else with the inside scoop, thanks.
Bandit Racing 09-29-2004, 07:45 PM Arnie posted that there will be steel spring plates available, I do not know if it's an aftermarket plate or if CW has there own design.
TazChris 09-29-2004, 09:32 PM Has anyone gotten an email from Todd in the last couple of days. We have sent him one or two to place an order and no response.

CKappler 09-29-2004, 10:33 PM I have sent him 3 e-mails over the past 12 days and have yet to get a reply. Who knows whats going on. He replied to one I sent 3 weeks ago but that was the last time I heard anything.
