The closest model I could find is a 1994-year version. I will build my custom model based on this version since there are no 1/24 plastic models of street version Subaru Impreza I need...

I think Fujimi makes one of these. It's a curb side kit

I am certain that Tamiya made several versions of the Imprezza rally cars. Don't know if you've ever played any of the Gran Turismo series games for PlayStation, but Tamiya released kits of alot of the cars featured in those games (oddly there was no mention of a tie-in in any of the advertising...yes the games and the kits were based on real racing vehicles, but I always assumed since they hit the shelves with-in a few months of each other, there was some connection).

Some are curbside and some (like the Nissan R390) featured full engine & suspension detail. I know I've seen at least 2 different bodystyles for the Imprezza and each was released with several different paint schemes / decals.

All the Tamiya Impreza models are curbside.
