Heath-Great job last night! Now all we have to do is spread the word about your track. First rate tracks and facilities are hard to find! THanks again.

I shot you an email about the file you sent me. Could you send again?

Thanks for letting me race the 12th scale onroad car again. I am sure once you get the roadcourse set up I can get a pretty good size group up there to try it out. Let me know if you need suggestions on course lay out. I am always here if you need me for anything!!

Mike

Dennis--Thanks again to you and Jim for your help! I will definitely be making the trip bakc up there. I may have to try and come up this weekend. Maybe to watch rather than race. It would be great to start running some roadcourse up there!! :-) Anytime you need decals let me know.

Heath-Shoot me an email, I figured out how to use Corel Draw to do some really cool stuff with the vinyl cutter.

What tires work well in 19 and mod at Maximus? What is the brush rule in 19? Laydown, standup, P-94? (I don't know what the roar rule is). This is for a friend that might go.

bojo
09-21-2004, 06:43 AM

09-21-2004, 03:40 PM
The reason I ask is cuz I talked Scott H into going if he can come up with a motor. So if you can let me know asap it would be great. (What the brush rule is in 19). I called the shop today but I want to make absolutely sure about this rule.

thanks

dancingd

I'm using 4383 stand-ups in my Kisbeys 19 turn motors that have adjustable timing..Like they say p-94's are not legal..

Mayhem
09-21-2004, 05:45 PM
The rule they are going with is any 19T motor that ANYONE can buy off the dshelf in ANY retail hobby shop. No one off wound motors, no swapped magnets, no B.S., if Joe shmoe cant walk into the hobby store and buy it in the exact config. you are running it you cannot run it. It must have a tag or permanent stamp and be available to the masses over the counter. I talked to Heath in depth about this and unless he sees fit to change it that is the rule. Anything runs well here and anyone who has a problem with this rule has something to hide I would think. If we start nit picking at this point someone will be mad so this way everyone is covered. If you cant buy it over the counter you cant run it.

ROAR LEGAL MOTORS ONLY FOR S.O.S. - After many phone calls and discussions we have agreed that our original decision of "ROAR Legal Motors Only" for the S.O.S. event will continue to stand. Unfortunately, this means no P-94's. We are sorry if there was any confusion on the internet and/or via telephone with the shop.
