Many have been looking for a great lubricant for their slotcars well I've found it. Its by a great small town company that makes specialty lubricants for millions of applications and the nice part is the price. Please check them out. http://www.sfrcorp.com/product.asp?ProductID=23 if you're sick of toothpicks and want a better alternative this is the product for you.

So far so good. Definitely easier to apply than my other needle applicator with the red lube I was using. Really haven't had any long term running but it smoothed out the two XTracs and an original NOISY TJet that I've used it on. rr

Road do you use the same lube every where on your TJET ?? If the red lube you are talking about is thunder oil I only use it on the bottom armature hole and I want it to come out very slow and easy for this paticular spot on my TJETS. I use an oiler I got from Keven Crow at the Shootout last year. I fill it up with BreakFree CLP. I try new stuff all the time but keep coming back to it.

Roger,

I use the same oil everywhere now. Not sure what oil it was, I picked it up through North Coast Hobbies awhile back. Don't believe it was Thunder Oil.
