Saturday August 28th is the first Saturday Night Thunder Race of the Season. We try to have 1 to 2 of these Saturday night races a month during the season. Everyone always has a great time We race stock motored pancars on a 70' x 24' carpet oval. We stick pretty close to ROAR rules. Don't miss some of the fastest and most competetive racing in west central Illinois. Mini Ts welcome too! We will be open for practice at 10 am thru the afternoon, heats begin at 6:30. Had a good time Sat. night...well, after my REAL car wreck, that is:) the grand prix drove OK on the way home, but i noticed a nice SQEEEAKKK when i got out of it...must be something wrong w/ the drivers side front strut...sigh.

Wwll, i will be back down this saturday, trying to get my 0700 free up in the corner..felt like i had a parachute on when i turned into 1! should be some damn good racing at Depot this winter!
