I was at Debbie's RC in Va. Beach today and talk to Eric the man in charge of the tracks and he said there will be a 40'x90' Calandra ozite track inside the new building they are moving to in Cheasapeake Va.
The window for completion is 90 days. He said at the absolute earliest 30 days. So finally there will be a local place for eastern Va. races to go play. IT will also be quite a place for people to get tuned up for the Snowbirds. As after discussing with Eric I think they will opt to put "ice" in the corners as opposed to the dreaded solid inside wall. I will keep you posted as I will be keeping in contact with Eric.
