Stand up brushes as per ARCOR specifications. Armature: Marked EPIC 19X1 on one stack. Epoxied balanced. Metalic silver can. Approved 02/10/05" Another thing to note is they sent in 2 versions to JB to test, one was a normal round wire arm which was approved. The other version was a "flat wite" which was not approved by ARCOR. Flat wire is illegal period for ARCOR. EAMotorsports 03-09-2005, 01:12 AM Spoke with JB of ARCOR tonight....She said that the motors look good and that they will be ARCOR legal as of tomorrow (me as an approved winder that is) as long as nothing bad happens!! She'll be along to post tomorrow Im sure. Thanks EA rjm70 03-09-2005, 09:19 AM Will They Be Leagal For The Open. There Is A 30 Day Rule If I'm Correct. Just Want To Make Sure. Ritchie Mac erock1331 03-09-2005, 02:12 PM Will They Be Leagal For The Open. There Is A 30 Day Rule If I'm Correct. Just Want To Make Sure. Ritchie Mac Per email from JB 3/9/05 12:08PM: "EA has submitted the motor as an approved winder. The Mt Fugi and the Cobalt "9Teen" were approved for use by all ARCOR approved winders, on 02/05/05, when it was approved as sent by Trinity. The Mt. Fugi set ups are available to the winders. KC had theirs last January. The only difference in the MT. Fuji and the "9Teen" are the endbells. The cans/arms- are/have already been approved. The motor, therefore is legal to use at the ARCOR Open." JB rjm70 03-09-2005, 02:17 PM Cool lets see if they can keep up with my big block. LOL!!!!! After this weekend...I know why Im ready to retire from oval for a while!! Time to beat the on road walls down!! LOL EA jbm38 04-25-2005, 04:23 AM I believe the Custom Works color is Home Depot orange!?! BHayes 04-25-2005, 10:03 AM I ran EA's Fuji 19 turn motors and his batteries at the Carpet Oval nats this weekend, and finished 3rd. Those motors are awesome! There were also a couple of other guys in the A-main running these motors. Thanks for the HP EA. ts 04-25-2005, 10:05 AM EA's motors will be under the hood on my car. they were fast Sat in Henderson. DJ_Skribble 04-25-2005, 11:38 AM How fast is your fast? :) GILYHANTREE 04-25-2005, 03:31 PM todd you might be a little faster if you put EA'S BIG HP IN THE TRUCK NOT UNDER THE HOOD all yall boys coming to the norrca nats better get those ea batteries and 19t motors so you can go fast EA have fun at onroad nats in cally Jamie Hanson 04-25-2005, 04:18 PM I too, like Brad ran the EA fuji 19turn this past weekend at the ROAR oval nats. It was ballistic. I am not sure how Brad had his set, but I ran mine with 36 degrees timming. Many people this past weekend were only running 24 degrees. Thanks Eric A. for the monster rip. BHayes 04-25-2005, 05:30 PM Jamie, I ended up with 24 degrees timing, XXX brushes, and lots of gear. I think I rolled out at 2.69 in the main. I suggest you guys try these brushes, EA has them for sale through his web site www.teameamotorsports.com These brushes are more expensive, but they last much longer than standard brushes, and they are very easy on the comm. I ran the same set all weekend, plus I had run them during a local race a couple of weeks ago. GILYHANTREE 04-25-2005, 05:34 PM todd smith i meant in the trunk those ea motors bout blew the side out of my body when i ran them what other EA motorsports people are coming to tame little talladega at norrca nats EAMotorsports 04-25-2005, 05:35 PM Hey Brad and Jamie thanks for the support and representation this past weekend. Glad you guys liked the motors and the XXX brushes. Thanks to Eli Ezrow as well....I think he had a bad week but still made the show. If you guys need anything just let me know. EA@EAMotorsports.com GILYHANTREE 04-25-2005, 05:36 PM how many runs are yall 19t oval guys getting out of xxx brushes #'S SHOW AWESOME AFTER SEVERAL RUNS DJ_Skribble 04-25-2005, 05:40 PM 10-15 is what I read somewhere...... Jamie Hanson 04-25-2005, 06:27 PM Personally I have not used the xxx brushes that I know of. I ran the Fuji motor the way it came from Eric A. It worked great. I know people say dyno #s do not mean anything but I am a guy who likes toys and to dyno race. I won this weekend. LoL 104.88 watts 1.210 torque, 2.8 spinup, 25k rpm. LoL. It means nothing but the #s are impressive. BHayes 04-25-2005, 06:52 PM When I ran the main Sunday, that was probaly at least 15 runs on that set of brushes. And there are still several runs left in them. I have just been re-serrating each time the serrations are gone. Jamie won the dyno race, and the poker game!!! Oh yeah, and he was pretty fast on the track too, just had some bad luck in the 19 turn main. I guess you used up all of your good luck on Saturday night. Good job all weekend Jamie. GILYHANTREE 04-25-2005, 11:16 PM sounds good my mt fuji showed about same maybe we can get up and race with yall guys sometime hacksaw 04-26-2005, 09:37 PM ON ROAD you SISSY you know if a old man like me can get around that big track a young buck like you can do it!!!!!!If you show up I might get to MOON ye again!!!!!!!HEHE Hacksaw ts 04-26-2005, 10:03 PM Hacksaw.. If you had saw him drive Sat you would have thought he was driving onroad the way he was turning right! He must have been confused... :) Just kidding EA.... Can't make my motorman mad! jeepnyy 04-27-2005, 04:47 PM Hey Eric.....will you ever gonna come out with an ARCOR (21-turn) Spec stock motors EA-tuned? TN State race will be at BMS as well as the Firecracker races on the 4th of July. There will be a peeps needing that extra EA hp on those 21-turners myself for sure. Thanx Henry E. EAMotorsports 04-27-2005, 07:58 PM Hey Henry....No I wont have any type of spec motors at all except the Arcor 19 turns. For one Trinity dont OEM those motors and for two I think that sorta defeats the purpose of the class. I wont be at BMS any..Ive hung up the oval radio for a while!! EA DJ_Skribble 04-27-2005, 10:23 PM I need price on some of those XXX brushes.....you got quantity discount? EAMotorsports 04-27-2005, 10:29 PM I need price on some of those XXX brushes.....you got quantity discount? XXX Brushes are 12.95 per pair on my site. Email me for bulk pricing. Include how many you want in the email. EA@TeamEAMotorsports.com EA Echeconnee 04-29-2005, 12:06 AM 13 bucks for motor brushes, geez, I think smoking crack might be a cheaper hobby, lol Can't wait for brushless to take hold! pepe 04-29-2005, 05:08 AM 13 bucks for motor brushes, geez, I think smoking crack might be a cheaper hobby, lol Can't wait for brushless to take hold! The difference here is that these brushes aren't one or two run brushes, right Eric? EAMotorsports 04-29-2005, 07:51 AM Hey Cliff....At 13 bucks a pair they are bargains!! Ive got over 30 runs in one of my Arcor 19 turns with the same set....and am still running them!! Add 4383's up at every 2 runs that would be 30 bucks if you can get the brushes at 2.00 per pair. And the best of all is the XXX Brush runs better than the 4383's. Brad Hayes, Jamie Hanson and Eli Ezrow all made the A at the carpet nats using my Mt Fuji 19 turn with XXX brushes. I think they are the best thing to come along in a long time as far as brushes!! EA vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
