Jamie Hanson 08-03-2004, 12:19 PM Ok, So I am getting ready for the 18th of Sept. What kind of tires am I looking at? 19turn.
erock1331 08-03-2004, 12:24 PM Jamie,
We have all been running stock this summer.
This is a good stock setup:
Fronts
LF-BSR Purple
RF- BSR Double Purple
LR- BSR Pink
RR - BSR Double Pink (some even get away with a Purple)
For 19T I would probably go down to a Pink RR and leave the rest alone.
I know Frank P. ran 19T last year at the big race, Frank can you help out?
Thanks
Eric
frank p. 08-03-2004, 11:07 PM i run 3 purples and a double purple right front in stock and 19t

Carpet Assasin 08-11-2004, 08:55 PM Awesome!
Muahahahah - havent read that lately! LOL
erock1331 08-12-2004, 06:18 PM SURE SHOT added to the sponsor list, we appreciate it Alan !!!
erock1331 08-16-2004, 10:00 AM Well another 100 lapper is in the books.
Jeff Creary with a fast car all night got into some trouble on the start. Bob Hendry all the way down from Michigan swapped leads back and forth with Rick White the first 80 laps of the race. Joel Biro, Garey Smiley and myself (Eric H.) waited in the wings conserving battery nearly 3 laps down. Around the 80 lap mark Bob and Rick's batts slowly began to fade. Tony Carruba (The man behind Team Power Push), then took the lead with, Garey, Eric and Joel charging hard. Garey and Joel lasted into the mid 90's but their batts gave up on them.
With Tony still leading, Eric and Craig Stiwald were the only 2 left. I gave it everything I had, closed the gap but dumped on lap 99 coming out of turn 2, as Carruba took the checkered flag, with 100 laps.
CONGRATS Tony C. on the win.
After the race, Tony commented "I finally got a win at this place!!"
Well deserved Slim !!
erock1331 08-16-2004, 10:02 AM Hope to see everyone out this weekend (8/21) for a little test and tune before the big race !!!
when are we going to see some mod action? are they going to run before the race?
